Shipping Information

 

Spa-Mall offers free shipping and handling on some of the pedicure-spa chairs ( Please read Item descriptions ) . All other products may require shipping and handling charge. Please contact us for shipping and handling costs with estimate shipping date.

If you purchased an online order and the item is listed with free shipping and handling, please note we will only deliver your order to a business address within the continental US only. All US residential addresses, including Hawaii & Alaska will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us for additional shipping and handling details.

Note: We don't accept any credit card from outside the continental USA

Delivery time:
Delivery time is based on your shipping location and deliver service requested. Please allow between 7-12 business days for pedicure spa chairs order. Small-item orders should be expected to arrive within a few days. However, orders that include custom coloring may require additional manufacturer time, which could delayed delivery up to three weeks.
Standard Shipping:
Orders received by SPA-MALL.COM are usually handled and delivered via UPS, DHL, FedEx, U.S. Postal Service, and LTL Truck Lines. Please refer to the individual product when purchasing for estimate shipping time.
Special Shipping:
If you request special shipping service, all express shipping services need to be submitted online by 1PM EST or over the phone by 2PM EST. Saturday deliveries are among premium services and subjected to additional charges by the carrier. If you are placing an order with special delivery request, please contact our sale representatives so that we can assist you promptly.
Customers Outside the Continental U.S.
Upon your request, we can ship your order outside of the continental U.S. with an additional charge. In order for us to provide you a good shipping estimate, please have the item’s code, shipping address, prior to calling or e-mailing us. Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or any other fees that maybe included in the shipment’s destination.
Truck Delivery
Due to the weights and sizes of some large or heavy items, it will be delivered via independent freight carriers. If you require any type of special delivery for large items, please let us know at the time of ordering. There may be additional service charges if your order requires lift-gates, special size truck, etc. A lift-gate is a mechanism on the truck that lowers your shipment from the truck bed to the ground. Various heavy items require a forklift to transport it from the curbside to the permanent location. We suggest you hire a local contractor or landscaper to help you with the process.

The trucking company will contact you 1-2 days ahead of time to schedule a delivery time. You must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the acceptance contract and inspect the item for potential damages.

All items will be delivered at the curbside of the customer’s home or business. Deliverers are not responsible for handling your products onto your driveway or into your home. Therefore, moving the items from the curbside require your assistance. It is optional for you to request the deliverer to assist you. However, he or she is not mandated to process and may deny your request.

Pickup at our Warehouse
If you wish to pick up your order from our warehouse location, please indicate so on your order form. We only have one local pickup location. You can find the pick up address and hours are listed at the bottom of this page.
DAMAGED ORDERS IN TRANSIT
At the moment of product arrival, please make every effort to inspect the product before taking full receipt from the shipping company. If and only if the packaging box shows significant signs of damage, please refuse acceptance of the shipment and have the shipping company return the item to sender.

If you determine that the product(s) has been damaged after the delivery company has departed, you must report any damage to the manufacturer’s customer service within 1 day of receipt. This will allow our team to file claim with the shipping company and in order to replace or repair your merchandise promptly. Failure to abide this agreement may result the customer to incur with replacement cost(s) for the damaged items. Please keep all original packaging materials to be used in the claim process with the shipping company.

Please be aware that due to the size and weight of some pedicure spa chairs, small scuff-marks, and or scratches that may occur on the spa chairs are not considered as damage.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

Customers must read the item’s descriptions before placing an order. Any item returns in improper condition will be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.

In the unlikely event your item is received damaged, contact manufacturer’s customer service number for a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. No return shipments will be accepted without the RMA. The manufacture will not issue credit or replace charge fees for any merchandise that arrives shorted or damaged during shipment, unless it is noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Please provide us with an accurate billing address that matches with the ordering credit card . Your order will be placed on hold until we verify your address
Most shipments have signature requirement by default
Home delivery service is from Tuesday –Saturdays
Commercial ground delivery service does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays
Please be advised that accuracy of delivery is the responsibility of the carrier
